Five authority posts for LinkedIn/X (bigger sellers + sourcing agents). Written out full.

LinkedIn 1: "Most SEA sellers are paying a 6–10% tax they never agreed to: the middleman markup. It's invisible because it's baked into the unit price. We built a search that surfaces the factory belt directly — price, MOQ, and demand on one screen — so a Shopee seller can verify in 60 seconds who they're actually buying from. Free to use through 9.9. If you source cross-border, your margin conversation should start at the supplier, not the platform fee."

LinkedIn 2: "MOQ is a negotiation opening, not a wall. A 500-unit MOQ usually bends to a paid sample + a 50-unit trial if you frame it as a recurring order. Sellers who ask get restock-ready faster than sellers who scroll. Our next Hot Picks ranking is all low-MOQ 9.9 winners — tell me your category in the comments and I'll pull it."

LinkedIn 3: "We tracked how top restockers move during mega-days. They don't 'move fast' — they already knew the factory before the spike. Speed in 9.9 is a sourcing problem disguised as a logistics one. Building the sourcing search we wished existed; free until Sept 9."

X/Twitter 1: "Your 1688 supplier is probably a trading company. 3 tells: no real workshop photos, no MOQ tiers, no video call. Check in 60s → find the actual factory belt. Free tool until 9.9 🧵"

X/Twitter 2: "Saw it on TikTok? The factory link already exists. Upload the photo, get 5 suppliers with price + MOQ. Sourcing shouldn't be detective work. Free until Sept 9."

Community Playbook by Platform

Profile line used across platforms (bio): "I help SEA Shopee/Lazada/TikTok sellers find the factory behind the product — sourcing search, free until 9 Sept. Ask me anything about MOQ/supplier checks."

Facebook seller groups

(a) Tolerated: asset packs, ranking posts, answer-first help. Removed: bare links, "DM me to buy", repeated same post across groups same-day. (b) Warm-up: read + comment 5×/day for 3 days before any post; max 1 self-referential post per group per week, spaced across different groups. (c) Bio line above. (d) First post: "Hi all 👋 I've been pulling 9.9 sourcing data for a while and made a free sheet — 10 low-MOQ items that spike every mega-day, with factory price vs Shopee sell price. No sign-up, I'll paste the whole list in comments so anyone can use it. Want me to do phone accessories, home/kitchen, or beauty next? Tell me below. (Full method is in my profile if curious.)" (e) DM reply to "where do you source this?": "Great question — I search the factory belt directly instead of the reseller listings so I see real price + MOQ. I use a free sourcing search (photo or keyword), it's in my bio. If you want, send me a product and I'll show you how I'd find it — no cost, just so you can do it yourself." (f) Week-1 metric: 2 groups where a member asks a follow-up question (not the admin) = good; 40+ reactions + 5 category comments on the free sheet.

Telegram groups & channels (VN/ID heavy)

(a) Tolerated: pinned-style value posts, image lists. Removed: link + caption-only drops, spamming multiple groups the identical message. (b) Warm-up: lurk 2 days, reply to 3 people before posting; 1 value post per group every 3 days, never identical text. (c) Bio/username: same line. (d) First post: "Chào mọi người 🇻🇳 / Halo teman-teman 🇮🇩 — I made a free 9.9 sourcing list (factory price + MOQ, no agent markup). Full list in the next message. Happy to look up any product you're stuck on — reply here." (e) DM script as FB. (f) Metric: 5+ replies to the value post and 2 unsolicited "how did you find this supplier" DMs.

Mình gửi ảnh list ngay đây, cần tìm sản phẩm nào cứ nhắn mình hỗ trợ miễn phí ạ 🙌" (e) DM script translated: "Bạn ơi mình tìm trực tiếp nhà máy gốc để thấy đúng giá + MOQ bằng công cụ tìm nguồn (chụp ảnh hoặc từ khóa) — miễn phí tới 9/9, để trong hồ sơ. Bạn gửi mình 1 sản phẩm, mình chỉ cách tìm nhé." (f) Metric: 10 OA followers from seller rooms + 2 source-check requests.

Local forums (Thailand Pantip, Indonesia Kaskus, Malaysia Lowyat, Vietnam Webtretho/TinMua)

(a) Tolerated: long genuinely-helpful threads in the right sub-forum (Pantip "marketplace/beauty", Kaskus "Bisnis/Jual-Beli", Lowyat marketplace & business, Webtretho shopping/mom-biz, TinMua deals). Removed: link drops, thin affiliate posts (forums ban fast). (b) Warm-up: reach a trust threshold (10+ real posts) before mentioning anything; 1 substantive thread per platform per week, never the same copy. (c) Signature line only. (d) First post (Pantip, EN gloss): "A lot of sellers pay 8% agent fees without realizing it. Here's how I check if a 1688 supplier is a real factory (4 checks) and find lower-MOQ alternatives with image search. Full method below, no link needed — ask me your product." (e) DM script as FB. (f) Metric: a thread that gets 20+ genuine replies / a "how did you do that" PM.

(f) Metric: a thread with 15+ upvotes and 2+ "what's the tool" replies.

Quora

Answer these actual question types: "Where can I find wholesale suppliers for a Shopee store?", "Is 1688 reliable for dropshipping?", "How do I source products from China for Lazada Philippines/Malaysia?", "How do I verify a 1688 supplier is a real factory?", "What low-cost products sell well on TikTok Shop SEA in 2026?", "How do I negotiate MOQ with Chinese suppliers?". (a) Tolerated: detailed 400–700 word answers that teach the method. Removed: answers ending in "visit X.com" (collapsed by moderation). (b) Warm-up: 5 link-free answers before referencing your tool once; ≤1 tool mention per 5 answers. (c) Credential line: "Sourcing for SEA cross-border sellers." (d) First answer (to "Where can I find wholesale suppliers for Shopee?"): "Skip the reseller listings and go to the factory belt. Concretely: (1) reverse-image-search the product to see who actually makes it; (2) filter by MOQ tiers, not just price; (3) verify the supplier is a factory with 4 checks [list them]. I built a free search that does steps 1–2 in seconds (until 9 Sept) — happy to walk you through it if you tell me your category." (e) DM script as FB. (f) Metric: 1 answer with 25+ views/day and 1–2 comments.

Discord

Target: cross-border seller servers, TikTok Shop & dropshipping communities, SEA ecommerce servers. (a) Tolerated: helpful replies in #product-research / #sourcing, occasional free-list drops in #resources. Removed: promo spam in general, unsolicited DMs (bannable). (b) Warm-up: be active in voice/text for a week, follow each server's promo channel only; 1 value drop/week in the right channel. (c) "About me" line. (d) First post (#resources): "Dropped a free 9.9 sourcing list (factory price + MOQ, low-MOQ winners) — no signup, just grab it: [attachment]. I check suppliers for a living-ish, ask me in-thread." (e) DM script as FB. (f) Metric: 5 emoji-reactions + 1 follow-up question.

Thai & Vietnamese seller Facebook pages

(a) Tolerated: comments on popular posts that add value, page collab. Removed: spamming your page link on strangers' posts. (b) Warm-up: 20 helpful comments across 2 weeks; pitch a collab (they post your list, you credit them) rather than intrude; cap 1 outreach/day. (c) Page bio line. (d) First comment (on a 9.9 prep post): "Adding one thing that helps: most people here buy from reseller listings. Reverse-image-search the product to see the factory — you'll often find the same item 30% lower with a real MOQ. I keep a free weekly list of these, happy to share if useful 🙏" (e) DM script as FB. (f) Metric: 1 page agrees to share the free list + 10 profile visits from the comment.

The 4-Message Value Ladder (how you earn the right to link)

Never lead with a link. Sequence, with exact wording:

  1. Answer the question fully, zero mention of you. "For that item, check the MOQ tiers first — if there's only one flat price, it's likely a trading company, not the factory. Ask for a paid sample + a 50-unit trial." (Gives the win.)
  2. Add a free asset that solves the next step. "I actually keep a list of low-MOQ 9.9 items with factory prices — want me to paste the phone-accessories section here?" (Earns a "yes".)
  3. Show the method on their exact product. Screen-record searching their item, present the result. "See — this is the factory belt, here's price/MOQ/demand." The proof is the pitch.
  4. Only now the single-line CTA. "This is a free sourcing search (photo or keyword) I use — link in bio, free until 9 Sept. You can run your other products through it the same way."

If called out as a marketer, use the transparent script — do not deflect: "Fair to ask — yes, I work on this tool, that's my honest disclosure. But the method above works whether or not you ever use anything I made, and I shared it so you can verify suppliers yourself. If it's useful, great; if not, no hard feelings, the check stands on its own." Then keep helping. Transparency converts the skeptic better than a denial.

(15–35) Record all talking-head hooks back-to-back for the 3 shorts in one sitting; change shirt between for visual variety. 3. (35–50) Edit the 3 shorts from one template, burn EN subtitles. 4. (50–62) Cut the carousel + asset-pack images from the extracted cards. 5. (62–77) Draft thread 5, X thread 6, Reddit post 8, WhatsApp status 9 in one doc (copy-paste variants). 6. (77–90) Schedule: FB, Telegram, WhatsApp, Zalo, Discord; queue shorts for Thu/Sun/Sep 9; log what needs localized captions for Thursday's editor slot.

Content Assets You Must Collect This Week

Checklist — without these nothing is filmable: - [ ] 5–8 clean screen-recordings (photo-search → results; keyword search → MOQ tiers; factory vs trading-company flags) at 1080p vertical. - [ ] Screenshot set: 10 real listings with source price + Shopee/Lazada sell price side-by-side (blur buyer info). - [ ] One "before/after MOQ" quote pair (ask an early user to send their first quote vs negotiated quote). - [ ] 2–3 seller quotes with permission (name + platform + country, one-line result). - [ ] A saved-then-restocked screenshot for the "competitor restocks faster" video. - [ ] Demand-signal chart export for at least 3 SKUs.

Ask script to early users (send after they've had a win): "Hey [name]! Congrats on the find. Two quick asks that help other sellers: (1) can I screen-record you running your own search (no personal info shown), and (2) mind if I quote your result — e.g. 'found a factory at RM 2.10/unit, MOQ 50, restocked 3 days before 9.9'? Totally your call, and I'll show you the exact wording before it goes out."

Consent wording to attach to any quote/screenshot: "I have permission to share this [screenshot/quote] to credit [first name / handle] and their sourcing result. No buyer data, no full store name, no phone/address visible. Approved for use in social posts and the free asset pack." Get a plain "yes / อนุมัติ / đồng ý / setuju" reply and keep the screenshot of it.

Guardrails

Six do-nots: 1. No fake scarcity. Only say "free until 9 Sept" because it's true; never invent "only 3 slots left" or fake countdown timers. If the promo date changes, change the copy everywhere same-day. 2. No bashing platforms. Talk about reseller markup and supplier opacity, never "Shopee is stealing from you" or "Lazada is a scam." Naming platforms to criticize gets posts removed and trust lost. 3. No undisclosed affiliate / self-interest. When pointing to your own tool or any referral, disclose it. One honest line ("I built this tool") beats a buried link. 4. No scraped photos without permission. Use your own screen-recordings, asset packs you made, or user-sourced images with written consent (see Section 7). Do not rip competitor or factory images. 5. No mass DM blasts. One thoughtful reply beats 50 forwarded DMs; group admins and WhatsApp/Zalo report systems will burn the number. Warm up first (Section 4). 6. No English-only assumption. Every caption and CTA needs an ID/TH/VN/MS variant before it goes to a country-specific community; assume most Shopee/Lazada sellers read their own language first.

Minimal localization rule for captions: keep the numbers and product nouns, translate only the hook line + the CTA line (the two sentences that carry the ask). Use a native speaker or a checked machine pass — never a bare auto-translate on the CTA — then localize hashtags by market (e.g. #shopeemalaysia, #shopeeth, #shopeeid, #tiktokshopvn). Burn subtitles in English as the master file, ship one localized subtitle track per target country; same footage, four files, ten extra minutes in the batch routine.
